Having a problem with your Hawk Racing equipment? Below you will find information on getting your equipment back to us.

One (1) Year Limited Warranty

Hawk-Racing warranties that the following products will be free from manufacturing defects for one (1) year from date of original purchase. Warranty claims must be submitted by the original purchaser only and does not transfer ownership. Purchases have to be from an authorized dealer of Hawk-Racing or directly from Hawk-Racing.

All Bottom Brackets
All Wheel Sets & Hubs
All Derailleur Pulleys

Warranty Coverage and Exclusions

Bottom Brackets:

Improper Installation – installation should be done following manufacturing directions found on the website, hawk-racing.com, or installed by an authorized dealer of Hawk-Racing. Failure to follow these instructions will void the warranty.
Improper Care/Maintenance – never use pressure washer; never disassemble bottom brackets; never remove bearing seals or directly lubricate ball bearings. All bearings used by Hawk-Racing are maintenance free and do not require lubrication. Failure to follow manufacturing recommendations for care and maintenance found on the website, hawk-racing.com will void the warranty. If an item needs repair it must be returned directly to Hawk-Racing.
Improper Uses, Abuse, or Neglect – used in ways the components were not designed for. Failure to follow manufacturing recommended uses found on the website, hawk-racing.com will void the warranty.

Wheel Sets:

Improper Installation – installation should be done by an authorized dealer of Hawk-Racing. If owner choose to do the installation they must follow manufacturing instructions found on the website, hawk-racing.com. Hawk-Racing brake pads must be used with all of our wheel sets. Failure to follow the above information and manufacturing recommendation will void the warranty.
Improper Care/Maintenance – never clean with high pressure. Always inspect your wheels before each ride for signs of wear and/or damage. Every 200 miles carbon fiber wheels should be inspected by an authorized Hawk-Racing dealer for any indications of failure. . Failure to follow manufacturing recommendations for care and maintenance found on the website, hawk-racing.com will void the warranty. If an item needs repair it must be returned directly to Hawk-Racing.
Improper Uses, Abuse, or Neglect – riding under conditions that the wheels were not designed, such as exceeding recommended weight limits, stunts, trail/mountain riding, jumping, and/or riding in extreme weather/climate conditions. Crashes are not covered under the warranty. Making alterations or modifications. Failure to follow manufacturing instructions found on the website, hawk-racing.com, will void the warranty.

Wheel Set Crash Replacement

We here at Hawk-Racing understand that accidents happen. So we want to help. We will replace the wheel at 30% off MSRP. If the original owner finds themselves in this situation follow these steps:

Have and provide proof of purchase
Complete the form below, and one of our representatives will be in touch to provide return and discount information.
Damaged wheel must be returned directly to Hawk-Racing, after approval, at owner’s expense.

30 Day Wheel Set Satisfaction Guaranty

If you are not completely happy with your new wheel set in the first 30 days of your original purchase we will give you a complete refund under the following conditions:

You must be the original purchaser and have proof of purchase
The wheel set must be in like new condition. They must be clean and undamaged.
Wheel sets cannot have any aftermarket modification or personalization.

Exchanges

To qualify for an exchange directly from Hawk-Racing, items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase, have proof of purchase, and be in like new, resalable condition. Replacement product will be shipped upon inspection of returned product.

Full Refund

To qualify for a full refund directly from Hawk-Racing, items must be returned within 30 days of original purchase, have proof of purchase, and be in like new, resalable condition. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment after inspection of returned product(s).

Due to the manner in which cup-less bearings (ex BB30 & BB90) are removed from the frame, these bearings cannot be returned once installed. All other bearings will be refunded based on the condition they arrive to us in after inspection.

Store Credit

Any exchanges/returns made after 30 days but within 60 days of original purchase to qualify for a 50% store credit. Items must have proof of purchase and be in like new, resalable condition. Store credit will be applied to your account after inspection of returned product(s).
