Ordering from us is easy!
Just follow these 6 simple steps:
- Decide
which items (styles) you would like to order and read the
FAQ’s to understand the details of the ordering process.
(including minimum
order requirements).

Send
us your
artwork
along with a 50% desposit and an estimate of your order. We
don't need sizes just yet, just an idea what you would
like to order. Please download our credit card authorization
form and fax it back to us with your details for the deposit.
(if
you don't have artwork, please email us and we will help with
your design).
- We
will email you the proof in a few days, please review the
proof and (if necessary) advise of any requested changes.
- Once
you are completely satisfied and have approved the final
proof, you will submit your final order (indicating how many
pieces, sizes, etc.)
by simply sending us an email with the items you would like to
order.
- Your
invoice will confirm your order, styles and QTYs and needs to
be fully paid via check or credit card before we process your
order.
(no more changes will be allowed afterwards, so please be
careful and review all details before submitting your order.)
- Once
payment has been received, orders are immediately processed
and are typically shipped in only 2-4weeks!

How to design your uniform?
Some teams and bike shops simply
send us an Adobe Illustrator file and we change your design
to our clothing template and cut. Other customers
draw the uniform on a piece of paper, scan it and email it
to us. Both ways will work for us, as we will clean up your design and
email you the final proof.
The process of cleaning up is a free service and will not cost you anything.
However, the better
the artwork you send us, the quicker we can have it back to you
with a final proof. This step (getting to the final proof) is
usually the most time consuming process of
the whole order, as we typically have to wait on customers to
receive their artwork. So, to speed up the process, please
get all required artwork to us as soon as possible.
