Usually the most time consuming part of the custom order process
is getting to the final artwork stage. Our experience has
shown that many customers do not have artwork ready when they
place an order. Consequently, the production start date may
be delayed as we wait to receive the artwork.
If
you are a team or club with sponsors, the first step is to ask
your sponsors for a vector format logo, as these files are
typically the main hold up on custom orders. If your artwork
is ready and you have provided us your sponsor logos in the proper
format, then you are already half way there. From this
point, simply email us your items and quantities requested and fax
back the authorization form for your credit card. If we do
not need to create artwork for you, other than the final proof, we
will charge your credit card the full amount. Please read

After
we receive your signed approval for the final proof via fax or email and
after your
payment has been received and authorized we will then officially
process your order within 24hr. After being processed, most orders
will be shipped out in approximately 2 weeks (depending upon the
season), with a maximum wait of usually only 4 weeks.
Although this time frame is not guaranteed, we usually don't have
orders that take longer than 4 weeks.
Yes, we realize that we have a very FAST turnaround as compared
with the industry, but do you know what is the best part of all? We
do not charge you extra for this amazingly quick service! With other companies you
will likely pay double the amount to have
your order shipped in such a short time frame. Not with Hawk Racing™,
as we believe waiting 7-8 weeks for clothing is just too long!
